How the search works

Intake
A call with Ruud & Natascha to get to know each other and discuss your wishes.

Careful selection
You send us the houses (within 1.5 hours of Brive). We gather all the details from the estate agent and make a careful selection. Then we plan one or two viewing days in France.

Negotiation & purchase
We negotiate on your behalf and guide the purchase.

Handling up to the notary
We take care of the complete file right through to signing at the notary.

Optional: settling in
Guidance with all the administrative matters of settling in France.
