Real estate
Over Ruud
I've lived in the Dordogne for over eight years. I know the hamlets, the notaires and which barn is worth restoring — and which isn't. Personal property search, purchase guidance and exclusive sale. I speak Dutch, German, English and French.

Administrative landing
Over Natascha
I went through every French form myself when we moved here — so I know exactly where it gets stuck. Car import, company set-up (micro-entreprise / SARL), banking, insurance, CPAM, tax and school enrolment. Calm, structured, endlessly patient. I speak Dutch, German, English and French.
